The perfect and excellent location was right at Karst Gallery. The hotel was set in a downtown area. The room was cheap and brand-new had all we needed, it was complete with a good bathroom, handsome decoration plus a King size bed.

Customer service is poor. Front desk failed to remind the guests on length of stay resulting me was forced to check out. I was supposed to stay 2 days but the desk just booked me one night. They didn’t even help me find or suggest where to stay coming from their errors. The food although buffet is very limited. Their rooms are new but the lavatory did’nt flush the p..ps well. It keeps coming back. Will not recommend it.

The hotel with brand-new rooms, in a commercial area, near many tourist spots. Very friendly staff always on hand. Comfy location, close to a Roman Catholic cathedral, really enjoyed this place.

The staff here is friendly and welcoming. If you want to visit San Sebastian Cathedral, you can easily reach it within a 5-minute walk from this place. It is conveniently located near the airport.

We had a nice time here, the breakfast was quick and reasonably priced, and the location was central near Sm City Bacolod.

Spent my Christmas break at this hotel and it was a great value for money. The staff were friendly and accommodating, they even allowed us to store our bags after check-out while we explored the city. The free breakfast was surprisingly good, and the fast wifi connection was a bonus. The location was ideal, walking distance to the mall and other key spots in the area. The room was clean, complete with toiletries and had a homey feel to it.

The air-conditioning unit in our room was too loud and not cold enough, which made it difficult to sleep at times. , the toilet didn't flush properly, which was inconvenient.
